Lisa Summers has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years both in Australia and overseas. Specialising in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and older adults programs.

 

She has worked extensively with individuals, children and small groups to achieve their health and fitness goals in a professional, nurturing and safe environment.

 

Adison is no stranger to physical activity starting kenpo martial arts training at 6 years old and continuing to learn more through his study of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a love for health and fitness he's here to provide support, knowledge, and motivation to reach your goals.

Adison is currently studying a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at UTS and is a qualified Personal Trainer with Certificate III & IV in fitness with the Australian Institute of Fitness.
